Delivery Date
From order confirmation to shipping
Upon order confirmation, it takes approximately one month from payment to delivery.
Depending on what we discussed through consultation, it may take some time till the order is confirmed.
In order to respond to your request as much as possible, it would be appreciated if you could reach out to us 2-3 months prior to your desired delivery date.
We will do our best to accommodate your request if you are in a hurry, so please feel free to contact us.

1. Consultation / Estimation
Please contact us through the order form below, and we will contact you with an estimation.
A consultation and estimation is complementary, so please feel free to contact us.

2. Discussion
Upon your agreement with the estimation, we will start discussing by email or in person to make your thoughts more concrete.
Please share with us every piece of your thoughts on the color, the atmosphere, the shape and the theme you would like to achieve. Sample images are appreciated if any.
3. Quotation
Once the design is fixed, a quotation will be notified to you.
4. Order Confirmation
Once your consent to the final quotation is obtained, your order will be confirmed.
Please note that any changes or cancellation would not be accepted after the order confirmation.
Your billing information such as your name and your location will be required for issuing an invoice.
5. Payment
Upon the order confirmation, an invoice will be sent out to you.
Please pay by bank transfer or by Zelle at your earliest convenience.
6. Creation
Once the payment is confirmed, we will start working on your order.
Since every item is handmade, it takes approximately one month to complete it.
If you are in a hurry, please contact us as soon as possible.
7. Delivery
As soon as the work is completed, we will contact you with the delivery date.
