Delivery Timeline
From order confirmation to shipping
After your order is confirmed, production typically takes approximately one month from payment to shipping.
Depending on the consultation process, additional time may be required before your order is finalized.
To ensure we can best accommodate your request, we recommend reaching out 2–3 months prior to your desired delivery date.
If you have a tight timeline, please feel free to contact us—we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

2. Consultation
We will discuss your vision via email.
Please share details such as your wedding theme, venue atmosphere, the mood you would like to express, and your image for the recipient if it is a gift.
Sample images are appreciated if any.
3. Final Estimate
Once the design is finalized, we will provide a final quotation.
4. Order Confirmation
After confirming the order details and final estimate, your order will be officially placed.
Please note that cancellations or changes cannot be accepted after this stage.
5. Payment
An invoice will be sent via email after order confirmation.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or Zelle.
6. Production
Production will begin once payment has been confirmed.
7. Delivery
We will inform you of the delivery method and estimated arrival date.
